INTERNAL MEETING PROJECTS

Kick-off Meeting

The KICK-OFF meeting has been held in Milan 30-31 January 2020. The partners presented themselves and discussed about the future development of the project.

2nd Plenary meeting (Virtual)

The 2nd consortium meeting took place on 9 December 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it was held online. The participants spent half day presenting and discussing their work, results and deliverables. Moreover, the UPM members presented the technology vision and status of works highlighting how the clinical perspectives must match the tech development. …..

1st Technical Review

We underwent the 1st Technical Review. The Project Officer and the reviewers positively evaluated the work completed so far and provided us with recommendations on how to further improve it. We would like to thank them for a very interesting discussion and a constructive feedback.

BD4QoL 3rd Plenary Meeting

BD4QoL 3rd Plenary Meeting, took place on May 31st, 2022 - University of Milan Via Festa del Perdono, 7: The meeting was held in mixed modality, in person and virtually, hosted by UMIL.

4th Plenary Meeting

BD4QoL 4th Plenary Meeting, took place on November 8th, 2022 at the Polithecnic University of Madrid. The meeting was held in mixed modality, in person and virtually, hosted by UPM.

2nd Technical review

The whole BD4QoL consortium underwent the 2nd Technical Review on March 13th. The Project Officer and the reviewers positively evaluated the work completed so far and provided us with recommendations on how to further improve it. We would like to thank them for a very interesting discussion and a constructive feedback.

5th Plenary Meeting

BD4QoL 5th Plenary Meeting took place on September 12th, 2023 at the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori. The meeting was held in mixed modality, in person and virtually, hosted by INT.

Workshop with patients' Associations

On October 17th Regione Lombardia and ARIA S.p.A. jointly organized a workshop with patient’s associations for sharing the digital tools developed in BD4QoL: thanks to the active participation of the different stakeholders it has been possible to collect very useful feedback on the solutions and inputs on how these can be improved. Finally, the workshop contributed to sharing knowledge and further disseminate the project.

6th Plenary Meeting

BD4QoL 6th Plenary Meeting took place on February 22-23, 2024 in Bilbao. The meeting was held in mixed modality, in person and virtually, hosted by University of Deusto.

3rd technical Review

The whole BD4QoL consortium underwent the 3rd Technical Review on March 18th.

7th Plenary Meeting

BD4QoL 7th Plenary Meeting took place on December 2-3, 2024 in Madrid. The meeting was held in mixed modality, in person and virtually, hosted by INETUM.

8th Plenary Meeting

BD4QoL 8th Plenary Meeting took place on February 6-7, 2025 in Milan. The meeting was held in mixed modality, in person and virtually, hosted by INT.

BD4QoL results dissemination event

On November 6th, 2025, Lombardy Region in cooperation with INT - Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori and UMIL - University of Milan, is organising a dissemination event about the results achieved by the project.

9th Plenary Meeting

The BD4QoL 9th Plenary Meeting was held on November 24, 2025, in Milan. Hosted by INT, the event took place in a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual participation.

BD4QoL Italian final dissemination event

On November 6, 2025, a dissemination event organised in the context of the European project “Big Data Models and Intelligent Tools for Quality of Life Monitoring and Participatory Empowerment of Head and Neck Cancer Survivors” (BD4QoL), funded by the European Commission through the Horizon 2020 programme and coordinated by the University of Milan, took place at Palazzo Città di Lombardia in Milan and online.
