The BD4QoL 9th Plenary Meeting was held on November 24, 2025, in Milan. Hosted by INT, the event took place in a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual participation.

The objectives of the meeting were:

1. Asses the status of data analysis and models (T6.2) and analysis of MIDs.
2. Consolidate the exploitation plan (T9.3) and discuss next actions.
3. Assess the status of communication and dissemination activities (T9.1), with particular attention to the publication plan.
4. Finalise the study report: planning and required contributions to D7.6 and finalise D7.5 missing inputs.
5. Define the work and contributions needed for the Health Technology Assessment (HTA), usability and other ongoing studies.
6. Present work ongoing for data anonymization and open science (MME, INT, CSS, …).
7. Prepare the final project review addressing the comments received after the 3^rd review.
8. Recall final reporting deadlines.
