BD4QoL will adapt and implement four evidence-based strategies, aimed to:

1) Implement a system-level Big Data-driven risk monitoring for QoL deterioration and QoL trajectories models of individuals/subgroups of patients in three hospitals in Italy and UK.

2) Test effectiveness of the developed tools, models and strategies on patient-level outcomes measured before and after implementation and in a two-arm experimental Randomized Controlled Trial.

3) Elucidate system and patient factors that facilitate or hinder implementation, and result in differences in the measured quality of life between survivors participating in the two arm randomized study.

4) Produce a first cost-effectiveness and usability evaluation in view of potential translation in care delivery workflows.
