The project's clinical study involves 420 patients who have completed treatment for head and neck cancer in participating hospitals:

• Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori di Milano (Italy),
• Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza S. Giovanni Rotondo (Italy),
• AOU Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino (Italy), and
• University Hospitals of Birmingham (UK).

The study started at the beginning of 2022 and will continue recruiting until December 2023. Study participants will be followed up for 2 years.

Participants in the control arm should consent having an App installed on their mobile phone that will collect some functional parameters (e.g. daily number of steps, sleep time). The mobile phone should be Android.
