D4.4 Guidelines for the integration of PoC services into regional EHRs:

This deliverable reports lessons learned, recommendations and guidelines for the implementation of the BD4QoL PoC support services in other regional health systems across the EU, including all aspects: organizational, ethical, data management, etc. It will be available on 31 December 2024

D7.5 Pilot experience in a Regional setting:

Report describing the evaluation of feasibility and utility of integrating the BD4QoL HNC survivorship folder in the shared Regional patient’s medical history PHR. It will be available on 31 December 2024

D7.6 Final Study report:

Final report describing the results of the overall clinical study, including retrospective and prospective, the evaluation methods adopted and the evaluation measurements. Parts of the document might be confidential in case of IPR protection (for publication or patents). It will be available on 31 December 2024

D8.2 User validation:

This deliverable reports the results of the user viability and acceptability assessment and related lessons learned and recommendations. It will be available on 30 June 2024

D8.3 Cost-effectiveness analysis:

This deliverable reports the final ICER and INMB evaluation for the BD4QoL system calculated using the MAFEIP tool. It will be available on 31 December 2024

Document describing procedures and reporting and the relevant checkpoints, guidance and responsibilities for risks management related to each project activity. It is available

D10.3 Ethical Framework:

Document describing all the ethics and related legal aspects relevant for the project, the associated actions and responsibilities already in place and to be implemented. It is available
