BD4QoL partner DEUSTO presented a paper at the 6th International Conference on Smart and Sustainable Technologies (Splitech 2021), including the research carried out in WP3 of the project, developing the data integration and fusion modules.
The paper shows a system which uses location data to infer additional information about user's behavior. This could be useful in some cases, such as in an elderly care context, where unusual activities or abnormal behaviors of monitored users could be identified. Indeed, the data inferred can then be transformed into behavioral indicators that can be used to analyze the user's activities.
