Inetum at Inforsalud 2025: Driving the Digitisation of the Healthcare Sector

From 1st to 3rd April, Inetum sponsored the XXVIII National Congress on Health Informatics (Inforsalud 2025), held in Madrid. Under the slogan ‘Digital Health to promote a new healthcare system’, this event brought together healthcare professionals, ICT experts, managers and policy makers to analyse the advances and challenges in the digitisation of the healthcare sector.
Inetum has had a stand shared with SAP and Microsoft Surface, where our solutions in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Warehouse Management in hospitals have been presented. This space has allowed attendees to see first-hand how our technologies are transforming hospital management and improving operational efficiency

AI to facilitate the relationship between clinicians and users
In addition, Julio Díaz Ojeda , Healthcare Business Director of Inetum -Healthcare & Social Services Iberia Latam gave a talk on ‘Using AI to facilitate the relationship between clinicians and users’. He presented the Praxy Santé solution. This tool uses Artificial Intelligence to automatically transcribe medical consultations, documenting the entire process (anamnesis, physical examination, treatment recommendations, etc.) and generating final reports that can be configured and modified by the clinician.
Professionals who have used Praxy Santé have highlighted its ease of use and the accuracy of the transcription, which not only increases patient and professional satisfaction, but also improves the performance of the clinics. During the presentation, Julio showed a video of a dermatological practice, highlighting how this solution increases efficiency and humanises the clinical process.

Technology to improve the quality of life of cancer patients
At the stand, INETUM also shared with attendees the experience in BD4QoL.
Gonzalo de la Fuente, from the BU deDATA&AI, presented this innovative project, highlighting how advances in technologies such as Big Data, AI, mobile,
wearables and IoT make it possible to monitor the physical and emotional state of patients in real time, in a safe and non-invasive way.
‘The processing of this data allows early detection of problems such as relapse, depression or social isolation. The project is being tested with more than 400 patients in Italy and the UK, and will integrate the data into medical records in Lombardy. It aims to facilitate personalised medical decisions and improve post-treatment follow-up,’ Gonzalo explained.

Commitment to innovation in healthcare
After three days of intense sessions in which we shared our vision with practically all the healthcare systems of the autonomous communities, the impressions of our participation in Inforsalud2025 have been very positive. We remain committed to innovation and continuous improvement in the healthcare sector, working hand in hand with our technology partners to offer solutions that really make a difference.
